ChangeLog: 

* DialogManager.h/cpp: include code to manage the opened dialogs as stack
of windows. Close dependent windows which were opened after the main window
was created. (We may shoot ourselves here if people have really more than
just one dialog open parallely which share nothing common, but time and bug
reports will show if this is actually a problem...)
* CheckoutRevision.cpp: no need to raise this window ourselves here anymore
* DatabaseDialogManager/WorkspaceDialogManager: use showDialog(Dialog *)
instead of dlg->show() for the stacked dialog support
