ChangeLog: 

* ContentDiff.h/cpp: fileName should be optional, otherwise even "." could
trigger weird restriction bugs when the two revisions have absolutely
nothing in common; also do a cleanup() (internal cache removal and view
reset) on each read action and on the dtor call
* SelectRevision.cpp: use an empty QString() instead of "." as restriction
(i.e. "no" restriction at all for the diff)
