Back when I was trying to build 0.39-1, lintian was screaming loudly
about the state of the "copyright" file, and I recall asking about
that here.  After that, my time ran out for a while, plus I got sick,
and noone else stepped up, so no, there never was a 0.39-1 build, or
tag.

I'm building it now, to be uploaded on mentors as soon as I can,
either tonight or some time tomorrow...
