Anything I can do to help further debug this? I've got a rather
pathological CVS code-base (heavily tagged and branch/merged) I'd like
to try to import into monotone. Here's what happens when I try:

% monotone --db jupiter.db
--branch=com.bofasecurities.ett.projects.jupiter cvs_import Jupiter
enter passphrase for key ID address@hidden:
monotone: [branches: 1001] [versions: 30223]

monotone: phase 1 (version import) complete
monotone: [branches: 1001] [finished branches: 5] [finished edges: 57]

monotone: fatal: std::logic_error: change_set.cc:2551: invariant
'I(b.rearrangement.deleted_files.empty())' violated

monotone: this is almost certainly a bug in monotone.
monotone: please send this error message, the output of 'monotone
--full-version',
monotone: and a description of what you were doing to
address@hidden
monotone: discarding debug log (maybe you want --debug or --dump?)
