Presumably, since 2006/cisc499/papers failed that means anything under
2006/cisc499/papers will fail too.

I think the mtn: fatal: line is the error.
Some of these errors could be cleaned up too.
(recently I got the "mtn: this is almost certainly a bug in monotone."
message when trying to access a database I didn't have permission to
write to - not a bug in monotone except for the bug that says it is a
bug in monotone - confused yet?)
