Ok, here's the correctly named command. Ignore the previous patch in
favour of this version.

* cmd_ws_commit.cc (CMD_NO_WORKSPACE(export)): added this
command, which exports a revision/branch from the db.
* Aliased publish to export.
* options_list.hh: added a --force to be used with export.
* monotone.texi: added documentation for the new command.

It is useful, indeed, I needed such a thing a couple of times ago myself
and always copied my workspace and cleaned out the files by hand.
The only thing I'm moaning about here is the name: why not name the
command export? This should be recognizable by people using CVS and
would be indeed, like Richard already mentioned, the perfect symmetry to
mtn import...
