[netPanzer-Devel] new binary download (CVS version)

Hi,

I have built a new binary (CVS version 2003-12-04). You can download it 
from http://voyager.homelinux.org/netpanzer-cvs/netpanzer.tar.bz2 .
I hope it works fine (It was my first statically linked build of netpanzer).
If you have old configs (in ~/.netpanzer) - delete them please. ;-)

I have deactivated the OpcodeDebugger in this binary release...
