Follow-up Comment #19, bug #48474 (project octave):

And Hartmut, thanks for the gnuplot command listing. It's easy to see the two
"set label" commands in the file you provided. The only difference between
them are the contents of the strings and the position. That just demonstrates
again, as Avinoam showed earlier, that the gnuplot commands are correct, the
problem is in the windows terminal.
