URL: <http://savannah.gnu.org/bugs/?53070> Summary: running batch script from local hard drive via running it from a share (unc-path) Project: GNU Octave Submitted by: plg25 Submitted on: Mon 05 Feb 2018 03:06:52 PM UTC Category: None Severity: 3 - Normal Priority: 5 - Normal Item Group: None Status: None Assigned to: None Originator Name: Originator Email: Open/Closed: Open Discussion Lock: Any Release: 4.2.1 Operating System: Microsoft Windows _______________________________________________________ Details: If I start a batch file from a local disk Octave does everything right! If I start the same batch file from a network share (not mounted with a drive letter in windows but just as a network connection (unc path)) nothing works. I think that the search path is set totally wrong(none). Compare the screenshots I have attached. The empty search path belongs to: running the batch file from the network. Why is it that different? What is to do? _______________________________________________________ File Attachments: ------------------------------------------------------- Date: Mon 05 Feb 2018 03:06:52 PM UTC Name: hc_2244.png Size: 7KiB By: plg25 <http://savannah.gnu.org/bugs/download.php?file_id=43176> ------------------------------------------------------- Date: Mon 05 Feb 2018 03:06:52 PM UTC Name: hc_2243.png Size: 61KiB By: plg25 <http://savannah.gnu.org/bugs/download.php?file_id=43177> _______________________________________________________ Reply to this item at: <http://savannah.gnu.org/bugs/?53070> _______________________________________________ Message sent via/by Savannah http://savannah.gnu.org/
