Details:

While reviewing the new Italian translation of the GUI, Marco brought to my
attention a couple of inconsistencies in the English version of the GUI:

* Edit > Preferences opens a window titled "Settings" instead of
"Preferences".

* The Command Window widget is often (in "Settings", for instance) referred to
as the "terminal".

We prepared a patch that fixes the inaccuracies in the Italian translation,
but it would probably be better to fix them in English first. I'm not
submitting a patch as I'm unsure what the best solution would be.
