Follow-up Comment #38, bug #54078 (project octave):
What I see on Windows 7 with the patch from comment #26 is that V.E.
*SUB*panes have a complete QDockWidget toolbar with an undock button. I can
undock V.E. subpanes from a docked V.E. pane (see attached pic) and they have
a dock button, but the undocked "main V.E. pane", still has no dock button,
nor e.g., the undocked editor.
At least this goes some way in the right direction :-)
My mxe-octave build tree has Qt 5.11
