Basically I think it should look the same. I don't think it's clear that 
 octave-forge is the "official" way of getting extra functionality. 
It's very clear to me that matlab central is the official way users can 
contribute to matlab (as much as you can contribute to a non-free 
project), but I don't get the same feel with octave-forge.

So I don't know exactly what I'm saying, but I think octave and 
octave-forge (and octave central if that'll ever exist) should be more 
tied together.
