Charles,
I have the exact same problem on Windows XP and Windows 2000. Same
messages as below also. It starts what looks like the setup configurator
and just stops. Never fills the dialog box.

Although those messages aren't helpful and I'll remove them before the next
release,
they don't actually indicate that anything's wrong.
Anyone else have success or failure stories on running the pan windows
installer?
