[Pan-users] Mangled address when sending mail

Anyone else seeing the email addresses being mangled between Pan and the
external email program?  It's fine in the "Post Article" window, but it's not
right when it makes it to Sylpheed.

Example:

Should be: desmobob <address@hidden>
But in Sylpheed: desmobob%20%3cdesmobob%40takethisoutearthlink.net%3e
