[Phpgroupware-developers] Full VMailMgr support for phpGW

I have added the vmailmgr app to the phpGroupWare CVS tree.
It is now quite clean to have phpGroupWare+VMailMgr+CourierIMAP work
together to create a clean groupware solution.

This addon app makes use of hooks in phpGW, and is little more than a
collection of hooks to keep accounts in sync. With this it is
recommended that you create accounts in phpGW only. You can combine this
with normal vmailmgr account management tools, but risk making a mess of
things. 

I also recommend that you set phpGW auth to "Mail" so that vmailmgr can
be the master authentication source. This will make the auto-account
creation work.

Simply checkout the app, install it as normal. Then config it in the
admin section.
Right now I am not securing the domain password in anyway, so BEWARE. I
plan to correct this soon.

Anyone that wants to do similair with vpopmail or whatever other mail
server, it should be very easy to use my vmailmgr addon as an easy
starting point.
