[Phpgroupware-developers] Anglemail do not fill the In-Reply-To while replying mail.

Anglemail should add the In-Reply-To mail header while reply to mails.
this header should contain the value of the Message-Id field of the mail to
which the user is replying to.

This feature will let other mail user agents to correctly thread a list of
messages. This could olso be a nice feture to add while displying the folder.
