[Phpgroupware-docteam] new french files

Hello,

Finally I have just posted a new patch in savannah with the last updated french 
files reflecting the last changes in the english ones. Pablo, could you commit 
them, BUT before could you check the missing ones that were in the two files in 
the patch manager ? (cf my other mail)

Also, the last line of ftp/setup/phpgw_en.lang is not good and should be 
deleted, and there are three blank lines in preferences/setup/phpgw_en.lang 
that should be deleted too.
