AFAIR this is quite a bit of work using CVS, but the ending is equal to me.
I've mostly used .h/.cpp (make it .hpp/.cpp) but I don't really care.
But I'd like to add that if we do a rename, we should use it to change all
files to lowercase or uppercase. Some programs use this as a sort
criteria...
