Windows Build Errors

Hi

Sorry I've been away for a while, whole virus issues screwed my computer,
and specifically Pingus, in several different ways. I am hoping Pingu's will
run now.

Windows only issues, or is someone breaking the build tree again?

Also the .dsp project is a bit out of date, two non-existant files are in
there, I'll patch that once this is sorted.
