[Protux-devel] automake stuff

I just added automake stuff for protux to cvs, is there any voluntary 
testers :)

Compilation (I tried to put this in INSTALL file too):
mustux sources should be found from <protux_dir>/src/MustuxLib.
        cd <protux_dir>/src
        ln -s <mustux_checkout_dir> MustuxLib
then run:
        libtoolize
        make -f admin/Makefile.common
        ./configure
        make

'make install', 'make uninstall' and 'make dist' should work too.
(mustux sources are not included in 'make dist' generated tarball,
 so those need to be delivered separately)
