I can't complete an install of Windows 2000 however, I get BSODs (PAGE_FAULT_IN_NONPAGED_AREA) during the second stage of the install. I don't know if this is a specific problem with QEMU or QEMU on x86_64 however.
For what it's worth, I managed to get Win2000 installed using a PIII machine.(I did have to fiddle with -hdachs - Win2000 refused to use a 2Gb disc with 1023,64,63 setting as autodetected by QEMU, but was quite happy with 4092,16,63.)
