[Qemu-devel] PowerPC Decrementer Clock Rate

Hi,

Does the time-base setting below signify
that the PowerPC Decrementer is at 100MHz or is it the CPU?

This isn't completely obvious because
sometimes you have something like 4 bus clocks per decrementer increment.
