What in particular do you think is missing? I don't
know anything about sparc, but the qemu-system-sparc
binary for QEMU 3.1 lists support for "LEON2" and
"LEON3" CPU types in -cpu help.
(The answer in general for "why is some feature in a QEMU
fork not in mainline QEMU" is often simply that nobody
has put in the work to submit it upstream, get it through
code review, fix any issues reported and get it up
to the standard we set for new code in upstream.)
