Ya it can get pretty annoying. It should be ifdef-able and ifdef'd out
by default. It was put in because it was difficult to tell if
ratpoison was waiting for another keystroke on the ipaq. ifdef the
calls to grab_rat and ungrab_rat in events.c to remove it.
