Hi!
After fetching the sources through CVS, I would like to build
ratpoison on my FreeBSD 4.8-RC i386, but I can't seem to find the
correct autoconf :-(
% autoconf
configure.in:23: error: possibly undefined macro: AM_INIT_AUTOMAKE
configure.in:25: error: possibly undefined macro: AM_CONFIG_HEADER
% sh configure
configure: line 1198: syntax error near unexpected token
`AM_INIT_AUTOMAKE(ratpoison,'
configure: line 1198: `AM_INIT_AUTOMAKE(ratpoison, 1.2.0-cvs)'
% autoconf213
% sh configure
loading cache ./config.cache
configure: 540: Syntax error: word unexpected (expecting ")")
(The first one being version 2.53).
Any pointers?
TIA,
norbert.
