Oh, that's an easy one:
bind z exec ratpoison -c other ; sleep 2; ratpoison -c other

Well...it's "feasible" :). Why not just run everything in emacs and
then write a buffer monitor function? Then you just poll your buffers
and *boom*, you're on top of your life.
