[Rule-list] I need Slinky. Where is it?

Greetings all.

I ruined my RH installation because of bad scripting. Now I need to install 
again. I looked at the web site, but saw no link to Michael's web site.

Can we put a link on the RULE web site, as well as place a copy of the last 
few Slinky versions on the RULE web site?
