Sorry, I do not understand your response.  What does "this" refer to?
I see two possibilities:

You have no time to implement this feature.
(I didn't suggest that you should.)

You have no time to recruit someone to implement this feature.
(How can that be?  It doesn't take a lot of time to recruit someone?
Maybe Tony Stanco will show you someone who could do this.)
