This package wants to apply for inclusion in the GNU project

Project SOTAI:
The project purpose is to build a learning automat to play the ancestral mind 
game of \"go\".
The automat plans to play under 10 kyus (beginner at go: 30 kyus. 2-3 years 
club player: 15 kyus. National champion: 0 kyus).

Developpment environment is GNU/Linux.
Programming language is C++.
A migration to JAVA is planned when code becomes mature.
A X11 graphical interface will be developped.
General programming methods of the project are artificial intelligence 
algorithms / Neural networks / Genetic algorithms.

This project differs from existing ones by the joint use of neural networks and 
gen algorithms to make an automat which can learns from his experiences.

Project\'s name is the acronym of State Of The Artificial Intelligence (SOTAI)

It does not exist yet but I\'m working on it.
