I want to create a project for SDX, an XML search engine and accompanying 
tools, developed wit the support of the French ministry of culture. More 
information (in french) is available at http://sdx.culture.fr.

Putting this project here will allow other developers to contribute code. It 
will also be used as a home for SDX applications developers all around the 
world.
