Hi
Can anyone please give me a short Instruction, how to upload files to
the cvs-tree and webcvs of my project?
I've tried it in the way, which is on the CVS-Page of the Project
explained, but it seems only the way to download but not upload the
Project's Files.

I think you need to read the CVS documentation that explains
how to upload files in a CVS tree. This is nothing specific to Savannah.
