Please attache the exact command line you are using. With
the -t flag to CVS that shows debug information we will be
able to tell you exactly what's wrong.

I can log into the site (SSL) with my username (mettus)
and pw.  However, I can not check out from CVS using
the same username and password, on a project for which
I am listed as a developer (gnuradio)

Do I need some further access to be granted?
