My project is to give an information sytem could be use to manage serials. It 
could be used in a library or an information service, or by a individual. 

PHPeriodical is programmed in PHP, an run under Linux, Windows and all platform 
that support MySQL and PHP. 

The serial management proposed is 
- serials management ;
- articles management ;
- perhaps more in the future.
