My project is a PHP web-script that acts as a web proxy server. A user goes to 
the porixy web site, enters a url and then the PHP script fetches the page 
(using the Snoopy PHP class), translates URL\'s into proxied URL\'s and then 
displays the page on the users browser.

It is currently a work in progress but in its current state it can grab text 
based pages without any problems and translate most of the links to  absolute 
proxied links.
