I've updated the script sv_register_discard

Now, you should *always* use it to discarding projects.

It works in two manner
        - as in the past : sv_register_discard project_unix_name
	- as mysql -e "select unix_group_name from groups where status 
= 'D'" sourceforge : sv_register_discard

The most interesting thing is the fact that it works in the same manner 
as mysql -e "select unix_group_name from groups where status = 'D'" 
sourceforge  (sure, it use this command) but it permit to add comment 
about each project and log the informations you give in  
/vag/log/sv_register_discard

So now, when someone write for an explanation, a little cat 
/var/log/sv_register_discard.log | grep project_name would give all the 
informations necessary.
