I talked with the maintainer of 'cfengine' about hosting it in
 Savannah, I offered to do all the administrative tasks for him.

cfengine is already part of the GNU Project:

address@hidden:~$ grep -i cfengine /gd/gnuorg/maintainers
cfengine (remote) - Mark Burgess <address@hidden>

While filling out the application in Savannah, I decided to review all
the items and I discovered that 'cfengine' does not contain the "or
later" clause.

I have sent an email to the maintainer (Mark) asking to add this
clause, but what if he does not want?
