As long as mdupont is in strong vocal disagreement with essential
parts of what DotGNU needs to do in order to fulfil the project's
mission, short of essentially killing the project there is no way that
we can stop mdupont from making public complaints.

The question was just whether or not we allow him to abuse the
project's communication infrastructure for making his complaints. It
was his endless complaining about how he supposedly was being
mistreated (plus a blackmail attempt) which eventually got him banned.

In rejecting this patch, Rhys did not make any statement about the
work. There is not much point now in discussing whether the choice
of words was "brutal" or not; IMO the main thing is that what Rhys
wrote was honest and truthful.

In an abusive relationship, where one person is continually harassing
the other, there is nothing immoral about the victim of the abuse
eventually terminating the relationship. That is what Rhys did, after
having been victim of mdupont's continued slander for a LONG time.

This idea of _only_ "estimating the work on what it is actually",
without taking in consideration who is behind it, does not work
well when dealing with someone whose main goal is to harass you.
