[Savannah-hackers] Savannah/emacs: Unreadable files

Hi!

The emacs/src/regex.c and emacs/src/regex.h files in the Emacs 
repository are unreadable by ViewCVS as well as impossible to check out 
with regular CVS commands.

There might be more files with this error, the Attic sub directory seems 
to have at least one such file as well.
