Tom Whalen <address@hidden> described the package as follows:
License: gpl
Other License:
Package: LotteryMaster
System name: lotteryma
Type: non-GNU

Description:
LotteryMaster is a small PHP class-oriented project. What LotteryMaster does
(currently) is allow the user to plug in the winning draw (the series of balls
that were picked by MassMillions) and the draw that the user betted with.
LotteryMaster then validates the two strings to make sure that MassMillion
rules were abided by. If all goes well, LotteryMaster than compares the
strings to determine any matches and winnings. Soon I plan on extending
LotteryMaster to include other types of lotteries. As it stands, LotteryMaster
currently saves me the time of having to cross off numbers on my betting
tickets to determine any winnings. It is a pain in the ass, and there is the
possibility of me not finding a number, thus causing me to not turn in the
ticket because I thought I didn't win anything. Hence my project :-)

Other Software Required:
* web server
* PHP 4.x
