Also, we can provide you a non-root account to Savannah so you can investigate issues (even if you cannot fix them yet).

Well, there are nearly always support requests in the support tracker,
and
support email floating about on the savannah-hackers mailing list.

How about a few dry runs?  If you see a support request in the tracker
or
a support request on the mailing list, you send your reply to that
request
to the savannah-hackers mailing list (minus the sender(s)) so we can
see
how you reply, and then give you some advice/tips, etc.  If everything
is
OK, then you reply to that person with..  your reply 8)

Does that sound OK?
