Details:

I accidentally uploaded the wrong file to the download area FTP, and now I
can't upload the proper one as I don't have permission to remove the existing
file.  Could you please delete the file so I can upload the right one?  (I've
waited much more than 5 minutes, it doesn't seem to go away).
