Details:

(I thought we had already set this up, but maybe I am misremembering.)

Can you please arrange it so that GNU Webmasters can check in changes to the
education project?

Also, it seems like there might be something wrong with the education CVS --
no instructions, anonymous or developer, appear on its CVS page.
