Follow-up Comment #2:

Theres a comparison of the version number hard coded in css/README and
css/Savannah.css that is causing the message.

In the README it documents the new CSS classes between what Savannah currently
is and (1.12) and what Savane is up to (1.17). These elements need to be added
to our Savannah.css:

I think this is worthwhile as it is our default theme. I'll go through and add
these new classes to Savannah.css and bump the VERSION string in the CSS.
