Hello Mats,

Renaming projects on GNU Savannah is a manual process, but doable.
The one issue that will possibly take longer is changing the name on the
webserver (i.e. "http://recaged.nongnu.org"; and
"http://www.nongnu.org/recaged"; as these are not directly accessible by
Savannah administrators).

Having said that, GNU Savannah's resources are limited, and one such resource
is project names - names must be globally unique.
As a result, we try to avoid adding new projects with too-short names (2 and 3
letter names).
A longer, descriptive name is much preferable.

Please let us know if you have a preference for longer. more descriptive name
than "rcx".
