Follow-up Comment #6:

i changed the stone age menus to have lowercase words for multiword menu items
to try to make the separation clearer.  i also made "Submit new" be the first
item under "bugs" and reworded a couple of others.  i hope i'll be able to
tweak the css to space the items better.

as for css menus, sadly i am not up for making the items of the current menu
visible without hovering. if someone else wants to, go for it (and good
luck).

closing this, since i don't think anything more will be happening in the
foreseeable future ... if there's something else specific to be done, feel
free to reply here, though.
