I have the following at the end of my ~/.screenrc

  ## Running

  screen -t MIAUI     0 //group
  screen -t edit -h 0 1 vim
  screen -t accu      2
  screen -t doc       3
  screen -t vms       5
  screen -t mail      6
  screen -t tmp       4
