Speech-dispatcher and yasr?

That's because the yasr distributed with grml is a stale release.  Go
to http://yasr.sourceforge.net, grab 0.6.9, and compile it.  I've
been using it for several weeks now as my primary screenreader.
It works beautifully with Dispatcher.
Most things are configurable, too.

PS.  yasr doesn't handle German just yet, but I think it can be added.
