Yes, thank you all, and got it figured thanks to Luke's help.
Modifying the pulseaudio settings a bit was all I needed.

Awesome!  I have no cords now, and don't have to worry about the
alptop.  Just Throw the laptop in a corner somewhere, and all I need
is my headphones on and carry my wireless keyboard around.  Can work
in the yard, kitchen, bedroom, office, whereever I want and only have
to carry my keyboard with me.

See, there's benefits to being blind.  Don't have to worry about that
pesky screen anymore. :-)

This is great!  Thanks again everyone, playing with pulseaudio
settings was all that's needed.
