[STUMP] StumpWM port to LispWorks 6.x

Hi,

I have ported the latest StumpWM to LispWorks 6.x (tested with LW Pro
and Personal editions). Is anyone interested in merging it?

StumpWM built with LispWorks Pro has been running for a week now
without any issues on my laptop.

I have already sent a pull request to
git://github.com/sabetts/stumpwm.git or you can fetch it from
https://github.com/ska80/stumpwm (lispworks branch) and try it. ;-)
