fix for Obj C gdb patch

The patch doesn't seem to work completely when applied to gdb 4.16
(specifically there are 2 failed hunks for gdb/Makefile.in).  To fix this,
apply the following patch to gdb/Makefile.in *after* applying the patch
from NeXT.
Here's the command to do that:
cd gdb; patch Makefile.in Makefile.in.diff
